Education Pathway

At Windsor High School and Sixth Form, we are committed to nurturing aspiration, ambition, and opportunity. This pathway not only provides a strong foundation for those who wish to pursue teacher training and university study, but also allows students to gain valuable experience through placements and work opportunities across our Trust schools.

For students inspired by the idea of teaching or working with young children in the early years, this pathway offers a rich and rewarding journey. Career routes can include primary and secondary teaching, special educational needs support, and childcare.

As part of our Aspiring Educators enrichment programme, students are supported to develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the teaching profession. Many of our alumni go on to successful careers in education, with a number choosing to return to teach within our schools—continuing the cycle of excellence and inspiration for future generations.
